Australia

• All orders within Australia will be sent via Australia Post by Parcel Post or Express Post depending on your chosen shipping method at checkout.

International

• All International orders will be dispatched using Australia Post International Courier.
• Expected delivery times will be between 7-21 business days. However, some shipments may take longer depending on different countries and their custom regulations.
• All Taxes, custom and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local taxes and duties that may be applicable on your parcel.
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please ensure you provide a street address

Processing Time for Australia wide and International Orders 

• Once orders have been placed you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided as part of your order.
• We aim to have your orders dispatched 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery times begin once orders have been dispatched.
• Delays can be expected during busy periods and Public Holidays.
• Please note timeframes are an estimate and we take no responsibility for delays while in transit.
• Unedited Scarves hold no responsibility for missing, lost and damaged parcels while in transit and/or customs. Tracking numbers will be provided to assist with locating parcels.
• We will not accept responsibility for packages returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees will need to be paid before we can resend your order.
